Eric Schott of the DV Group has been named 2014 College of Natural Science Student Commencement Speaker. Congratulations to Eric!

Marco Eres, an undergraduate researcher in the DV Group has been awarded the 2014 Barry Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education. Marco is a Junior and a participant in the iCons Program at UMass Amherst. He works on fabricating nanostructures of conjugated molecules. Congratulations Marco!
Tim Gehan was awarded the 2014 Eugene M. Isenberg Scholar Award. This award was established by Eugene and Ronnie Isenberg to recognize graduate students with demonstrated academic merit and a commitment to integrate science with management. Congratulations Tim!
The DV Group taught middle and high school teachers how to make solar cells using CuSO4 as a part of Summer Nanotech Institute. Thanks to Tim, Larry, Dana, Connor and Monojit, the event was a success. [Photos]
